Structural Screening

is appropriate when:

A live decision needs cleaner interpretation
A provisional read would be valuable outside or ahead of broader diagnostic discovery
Leadership alignment is needed quickly before the next move hardens the problem
Consequence pressure is high enough that waiting could increase cost or compound damage
The issue can be bounded enough to assess in a compressed format
Revenue, governance, leadership integrity, or organizational viability are materially at stake

This service aims to:

Examine the core issue

Pressure-test assumptions

Clarify immediate implications

Determine signal from noise

Provide sequencing guidance

Name signals for future monitoring

Map relevant authority, ownership, risk, etc. to the live issue

All aims are provisional, provided where signal is clearest in the time available.

Structural Screening is not deep or broad discovery across multiple surfaces. It is an exploratory discussion on a defined surface.
