Analysis, by definition, requires decomposition, then examination.

In these articles, I take apart situations, systems, decisions, past system projects, and operational norms and unpack them.

Often, that's a failure analysis. In general I find leaning on our strengths a more useful strategy, but that doesn't help if the error exists in a blind spot.

Where possible, I outline what could have happened to create a different outcome, and/or what I would avoid in a similar situation.

I also include simulations, mock artifacts, and evaluation of AI model behavior.
