If you want the journaling templates we chatted about on the episode, you can click the button below. And don't forget about the listener discount code I mention in the show if you'd like to join our community! If you want to check out the episode, head over to our media page . Join Aligned Productivity Get the Journaling Templates Do you want to feel productive ? I ask this, and I have a strong dislike for that word, "productivity." It conjures up hustle in my mind and body, to which I have to say noooo. 🙅♀️ But, I still have shit to get done, and imagine you do too. I don't believe the daily grind needs to be a grind.... unless we're talking about pour over coffee. ☕ Then, I'm in! 😋 What if we said... "I want to feel good at the end of the day." Wouldn't that be nice? Not exhausted and dreading tomorrow. No one wants that. I've helped hundreds of people create better habits and redefine their relationship to productivity so they actually feel the way they want to feel. I have to warn you... It's not an overnight quick fix. But it is possible to shift how you feel day in and day out... while still getting the important stuff done. Step 1 → No shame, no blame. The first step is to be kind to yourself. Forgive yourself for whatever you didn't get done today, yesterday, or all of last year. You might think... well that's nice, Sandra, but how the fork do I do that?! Which brings me to... Step 2 → Reframe your daily actions. Together we can look at what's going on at the daily level for you planning wise so that you can shift how you feel. By creating new awareness of how magical you are, aka how much you really get done , you will automatically start to feel more accomplished at the end of your day (and week, and month, and, and...). So, if that sounds at all appealing, then I invite you to get the templates—or better yet, join us in Aligned Productivity. Join Aligned Productivity Get the Daily Journaling Templates
